We were amazed at the limited selection of heavy equipment available to handcyclists and wheelchair athletes. Bill Shook decided to redefine handcycling equipment so that everyone could enjoy improved cycling performance. AC 650c tubular rims are an aerodynamic 50mm deep profile with bladed spokes.  Reliable, fast and smooth for accelerating, climbing and maintaining speed. New lightweight AC wheelchair hubs are easy to take on and off with a long arm 8mm hex key and have a titanium bolt. Improved mechanism securely locks the hubshell on the bolt. Carbon specific brake pads are recommended. This wheelset is an excellent value for handcyclists who deserve more.
